Hi, I'm Allyson.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and I have a Master's in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

My approach to therapy is typically behaviour-based from a person-centered, strengths-based and trauma-informed perspective. I enjoy integrating modalities such as; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Emotion Focused Family Therapy. I enjoy employing multiple perspectives and modalities in order to adapt my work to best suit each individual client.

My values as a therapist include mutuality, authenticity, warmth, candor and curiosity.

I acknowledge that finding the right therapist can be a journey. For that reason, I invite you to join me for a free 15-minute consultation so that we can assess if we might be a good fit!

I look forward to connecting with you.

Allyson Gassner
